sims 4 cc world issue
When I allow cc on my sims the cas works fine, but I cant open my worlds.

@m8kayla A number of different mods can cause the game not to load parts of it. It's likely not your CC (clothes, furniture, etc) but a different mod. None that do this are known to have broken for *this* patch, but they will have for the previous one, in October. Check that Broken Mods list, which is linked in Mod/CC Issues master post Info on how to test which mod causes a problem is in How to Use Mods and CC
