@kmszadn8sgta Please remove all of your mods, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then see whether you can exit Create a Sim and load into live mode. You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
If this works, you can use the 50/50 method to sort through your mods and custom content to find the cause of this problem.
