Sims 4 gallery won’t stop loading when downloading lot

 Whenever I try to download a lot of mine from the gallery, it goes into a never ending “loading” screen. Where the gallery is open and the loading symbol just spins and spins and spins and never stops. I’ve had to restart the game three times and I’ve restarted my computer once.  It also happens when I just try to save the lot to my library. Discovered that by accidentally clicking that option instead of the download lot to world option. Not sure what this could be nor how long it’s been going on bevause I haven’t attempted to download any lots from the gallery for months. Thanks in advance!
