Sims 4 Pregnancy Bug

I just re-installed Sims 4 on my new PC. Whenever I first started playing the game, I found out that all my female sims are unable to conceive a child even though I did the "Try For a Baby" option. I already repaired my game 3 times. Removed all my cc and restart my game. Updated my game. Deleted LocalThumbCache.I also went and asked Discord support systems like 
Deaderpool, and I'm still having this problem. Can anyone help me?

    I have tried over 15 times already. Whenever I removed everything from my mods folder and repaired the game, I have tried with 3 different households. All 3 have failed to have a child.

    @4hg25fr5l4pf Have you also tried if it works on a new save to see if it's related to your save game ?

    What the did the MCCC people say ?
