sims 4 ui is gone

Does anyone know which mod/mods are causing my game to look like this everytime I go into build mode and then get out of it. Also I tried removing ui mods such as ui cheats, dark mode, etc and it still keeps doing this. Very fustrating its been doing this for 2 days. I've spent a few days updating and removing lots of my mods and cc over 30gb+ and waited for modders to update and it still keeps acting up.
