(sims 4)deleted mods still appearing, cant install new ones, saves not appearing

hii, i feel like i've tried just about everything to fix this. i've checked my onedrive and the file path ingame like everyone has said to do, but theres nothing in my onedrive, and the file paths all say my c drive. i completely deleted the game and reinstalled it hoping that would work, it didnt. i downloaded the curseforge app and i was able to delete the CC mods, but i still cant delete the script mods, even the ones i downloaded from curseforge. 

now on top of all of that my saves wont load into the new game, despite having saved the folder when i deleted the game and having put them back in the sims 4 folder once i downloaded it again. i've spent 2+ days trying to fix this, and i'm really at a loss.
