at some point i disabled all my sims need decay but now i cant enable it i tried multiple times to enable need decay but it doesnt work

this is with mods (all have been updated though) and i did use the cheat but i used the cheat to put it back to normal after
@913735837 It's possible that a mod that didn't have an available update is your problem. It's also possible that an updated mod still has problems. Please test without: Do Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
