Sims phone not working

Hi!

So i mentioned before about mods by Arnie. I deleted all of those mods to try and see if it would fix my problem since the newest update. I have mentioned before that I was having problems with the sim's phone now showing up AND the delay of the game pause/play. I tested the game without all the Arnie mods and it still doesn't show the phone menu. please help

    hi!

    so all of my mods are still updated to the most recent patch and i still have problems with the phone

    @bluetvpaz You could still have broken mods that haven't been updated or that have broken updates. Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
