sims wearing different outfits

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.85.203.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every pack except modern mens wear kit, bust the dust kit, and decor to the max.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a new household create different outfits for each sim then play the household in the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Some household members wear each other's outfits.
What do you expect to see? During the wedding group dance some members wear the same outfit at the same time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. it was after i bought the wedding pack
Its not very often it happens but when my sims change clothes they wear another household members outfits.
- @ZingyFlyer2 Do you have either the outfit perk for Get Famous (I forget how it's called) or the outfit thing from the stylist career (can't remember what it's called) ? That usually makes them wear other outfits.
