Sims won’t go to or from school or work

I have tried repairing the game, I've tried
uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I have tried
deleting the cashe's, I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Origin and deleting the Origin cashe, I
have tried making a completely new save, I have
taken out all mods and CC, I have tried a
simulation unclogger mod, I have searched many
forums and pages and have tried following some
of their instructions such as purchasing a pack
that keeps my laptop updated and a game booster
but this didn't work either. I am very stuck now.

many sims just won’t to school or work or coke home from school or work at the correct times. 

For e.g. of child sim has school at 8am, they won’t go until 2pm or it’s random, but they never start at 8am and finish at 3pm like they’re supposed to.

    @AmyLoubunnyboo Did you ever play around with time speed settings in any mod ?

    Do you have the same issue if you start a new save (no mods/cc) for testing purposes ?

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    So I have made a new save file and it still doesn’t work, also when I click on my fridge if it’s 8:00am for e.g. it will say “Serve Dinner” instead of “Serve Breakfast”

    @AmyLoubunnyboo Did you make the new save on a fresh folder ?

    If so, could you try creating a new windows user for testing purposes and test if it works there (don't move any files over)

    Random other idea as sometimes the computer clock can cause issues: Is your computer clock (RL computer) working correctly ?

    Yep I made a new save on a fresh folder.

    my clock on my laptop is at the time it should be,

    I’ll try and see if switching to a new windows account helps
