Sims Won't Complete Actions - Help Please!

Hello!
My sims will not complete actions. I have tried "reset object", but they still do not do anything.

The game is not frozen, time still flies by and needs go red, but they just stand there with actions in their queue.

I have been having this issue for over a week.

I tried repairing the game, uninstalling everything and reinstalling, and starting a brand new save file.

I have 0 mods and 0 CC. PLEASE HELP! The game is 100% unplayable right now. ☹️

    I was having this issue today. I did the same things you did first, then debugged each sim - the actions worked if I played with a different family, so i went to manage families and saw I had WAYYYY too many active households. I took some out of the world and it seems to be working now (for now). try that?

    @Morganzam Simulation lag can have a lot of causes. Here are just a few:

    • graphics card too low-powered for the combination of packs and stuff on lots
    • too many interactable objects on the lot
    • too many Sims in the loaded area (esp. if the maximum is overridden)
    • outdated mods, for example, staff auto-spawning mods by SimplifiedModding
    • other programs running at the same time using memory

    One thing worth trying is testing a new save to see how that behaves. Also, test a different household and different lot.
