Edit to add changing the Kitchen sink type to a bathroom sink, they still won't use the dishwasher they just set the dishes in the sink or on the counter.
xMidnightGalaxy Time to find out if the cause is broken CC/mods.
- Rename the Mods folder (I find it helps me to keep organized if I also drag it to the desktop).
- Delete the file called localthumbcache.
- Test again in your save. You can exit without saving.
