Social Events

I'm not sure if this is a bug, technical difficulty, or user error, but whenever I try to make a social event, nothing shows up. The command goes through, and the pop-up appears, but it's always just...

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  A screenshot (there's a few event issues)

    It worked when I turned off my cc/mods, thank you so much because I completely forgot you could do that. Also, here's what the problem looks like incase it's still helpful!
