Some CAS icons messed up after update

It looks like your mods weren't properly removed. Try these steps exactly to test:

Drag the entire Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.

Run a Repair of the Game

Launch Sims 4. You should not see a list of mods on launch, nor an option to load a previous save. Reset your options.

To test if the issue reoccurs in a new game, start with "New"

Thank you so much. Running a game repair fixed this issue, even without having any mods deleted!

For some reasons, some of the CAS icons are broken: body fat/muscle slider, "apply to all outfit" icon, everything is green on the background despite I'm not selecting it, and there's a thick white bar on some of the bottom part of the clothes thumbnail.
Disabling mods, moving mods folder to another folder, and deleting localthumbcache.package don't help at all. Attachments were taken on a fresh install of the game without mods.
What should I do? Thanks in advance.
