- LiELFSeasoned AceI'm not sure, but if you often start new saves, you could start a game, go through the story once until the town is normal, and then save that as a template save for whenever you want to start a new one. Then you wouldn't have to keep a mod in or worry about it every time.

It is the one called unstrange strangerville.
There is also a cheat you can enter that will turn Strangerville into a normal town.
