I also just noticed that I had a few of kiarasims career mods accidentally in my buildmode folder, and that my lot51 core wasn't up to date so I removed and updated those and it's still not loaded
JordanHanlon444 Let's run you a clean folder test:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it.
- Run a Game Repair in the EA App. (If you use Steam, the equivalent is Verify Integrity.)
- Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
Then tell me if that works.
If it did work, do this:
- Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
- Launch Sims 4 and test in your regular save.
Then tell me if that works.
