Stuck on loading screen

so, i open the game and it starts fine, but when the plumbob disappears to load the main menu, my game gets stuck there. i have tried talking out all my mods/cc and it works fine then. i also tried the 50/50 method and every set of mods i put in worked fine too. its only when i add them all back together that it gets stuck again. any ideas?
