Teen aspirations from hsy pack not working

Question

So i tryed the live fast and havent been invited to any partys exept once but couldn't sneak out, i have way over 250 followers but the admired icon wont complete. Im not using any mods and have most packs exept for most kits and 3 stuff packs and the new horse ranch pack&nbsp;

@SpacePirateAlex Did you patch your game yesterday and this occur after yesterday's patch ? If so, how long did you play ?
