The game will not let me enter Livemode

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island Living, Get Famous, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, City Living Get to Work Werewolves, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Dine out Cool Kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Open a save file 2. click on household you're going to play
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no 'play' button when the household is clicked or (if you've opened a save file and goes to live mode automatically) there is now UI at all or (you have created a new save file and want to play with the new sim you have made in cas) saving you sim in library doesn't work and when you try to click the live mode button you cant go to livemode because you cant save the sim in library
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the UI back in livemode and to be able to enter it while creating a new sim in cas or going to 'world view' and that i should b able to save a sim to my library

when clicking on a lot in the world menu, there are no buttons at all, however, if there are no lots selected then there is an option to create a new household. When you try to click save and enter live mode on your sim it doesn't let you get past clicking the checkmark button.
