The Sims 4 Snowy Escape bug

Question

Hello, i have a problem with Snowy Escape. Every stuff and packs works great, but if i want travel in Snowy Escape world ( mount Komorebi, spa Onsen) the game crashed.

Example: i want go to Onsen spa, the window show me all worlds with no traveling, than the Sim not home and i can't play with him anymore, or there is endless loading. So i have to quit game and start from begining.

I tried delete Origin cache, reinstall game, delete mods. I have The Sims on PC, Windows 8.

Please help! 🙂

@crinrict No it happens everytime, when i travel there. ☹️

@crinrict maybe, it started when i want doing event - top of mount Komorebi. And i was at festival with no problem for the first time. After first bug Its going wrong everywhere in this world.
