the Sims don't want to do anything, just like statues.

I know the solution right now is just move household, but i won't lose my lots of progress at there, i already make like 10 or more robots to clean and fix my home, i already upgrade every single items at there and make my bills 0$ because of using solar panel and upgrade it.

Please any help to can fix my lot or my sims. i don't know which 1 is broken, is it my sims or my lot because when going back to my house, my sims freezing like a statue, and when it goes out, my sims working normal back again
