These icons keep popping up in my save file world map?

Hi there!!!
This is my first post on this site so please forgive me if the format is weird.
I really need help!! In order to update my game I needed to relocate it in my pc because one of my drives was full and didn't allow me to update. So after uninstalling and redownloading in a new drive I've been having a hard time getting into one of my files (it's one I've been playing with for years) it won't let me load in any of the households and none of the families in those files are there. I enabled and disabled mods, didnt work, I even updated my mods, didn't work. I'm really scared it's corrupted forever because this is my favorite file, it has years of work and love put into it I can't imagine losing.

    I would also like to add I tried repairing my game and using a save recovery file but it didn’t work ☹️ it’s the only file not working.

    HI @sirrrats 

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by clicking on the dots in EA app.

    Start the game after renaming your user folder and close again.

    Just copy over the save game from your renamed folder to the newly created one.

    Report back if you still have the same issue or not.
