It's tricky when you download a lot for a custom venue, because sometime the game doesn't register the new venue type right away. Load your lot and then save it as another random venue type, go back to world management and then load the lot again, and save with correct venue type. It should work now.
I tried changing the lot type like Zerbu said on his page but it's stuck on generic and says I can't change special venue types. Is that normal? What is the correct venue lot of these lots?
