Ultrasound wall pictures

I know the ultrasound scan mod shows 1, 2, or 3 babies. I was wondering if someone (or Little Ms Sam) could create 4, 5, 6, and 7 babies in the wall pictures. Yes, I am crazy and my sims do have quadruplets, quintuplets, sextuplets, and septuplets some times (especially when I spin the mystery wheel for my 100 baby challenge and it lands on those.
