I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue, but I can't give my infants teeth in CAS. I can change their hair and dress them but I'm not getting the teeth options. I play on PS5 and I do have the Growing Together pack. I am not sure what the issue could be.
Anyone has any ideas? Or solutions?

I think I have clicked on every available part of my infants head to try to access the teeth option and all I get is the hair, hats and accessories menu. As you can see in the photo below.
And I find this issue really weird because I share this console with 2 other people and 1 of the other accounts have no issues with this but the other 2 of us do.
Yes, this is a new Sim. She was born after the infant update.
Honestly I haven't tried creating one from scratch. This infant is from an existing household. She's actually the first one born after the update. I just used the plan outfit option after she aged up from a newborn.
I'll give that a try.

@crinrict, I am getting the teeth option if I create an infant from scratch in CAS.
I don't use cheats so I didn't do the cas.fulleditmode.
