Unable to Switch Between Sims

Hi,

I'm unable to switch between my sims. I have repaired the game and have never used mods; the issue still continues so I'm not sure what to do at this point. The only past post I saw was a father winter issue from over a year ago, so that's definitely not the issue I am facing. Could someone help me fix this?
