Unclosable Settings

 after the may 29th update stuff got messed up When I press settings, The game wont let me out, Whenever I go to graphics they all say "ok" and i cant change it. I can apply changes I just cant leave the menu. I dont know about the main menu, I downloaded a mod that skips it because the game wont let me past that either. I deleted all my merged CC and downloaded everything seperately, I deleted CAS columns(someone recommended it). I really just want a game where i know its safe to go into settings.(I updated all mods on may 30th) I tried opening TS4 after writing this and its stuck on the loading screen.

    @iamcool441 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    I've already done that 2 times and everytime I find that its in CC, I deleted all my "merged" CC, and it still dont work.

    I did the 50/50 and it worked, the conflict was colour sliders, I searched my mods for it multiple times so when i say it in there i was pissed. BUT THANK YOUUUUUU
