I am wanting to get some cc for my sims 4. I’m looking into pet items and perhaps some decor and hair... I just have no clue where to start or how to download it and what is safe to download and what isn’t.... help would be great! Lol thanks in advance and links would be helpful.

You will need to go into the game to enable CC. To do this click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the main menu. This will open the Options Menu. Click on Game Options, Other, and then tick the box next to Enable Custom Content and Mods. If you are going to be playing with Mods you will also need to tick the box to Enable Script Mods. To save these changes you will need to exit the game. It is important to note that you will need to repeat these steps after every game patch as Maxis will disable all CC and Mods.A great place to start for CC is Lana's CC Finds. They are a huge archive of CC sites and have everything cataloged in an easy to use format. To use Adfly and Shorte.st wait for the 5 seconds on the countdown in the right hand corner then click on Skip This Ad. Awesome, I’ll have to look into everything. I have cc on sims 3 for horse stuff like a door and hay shavings for stalls and a horse trailer but I got those from the sims store. I’m hoping I can find safe pet cc for my games...

I have a question regarding mods. I have the Sims 4 and somw mods already. If I were to download my game onto a new computer would my mods transfer through Origin or would I have to save them and redownload them? My sister has the base game and I have some expansion packs she would really like but I jave the WickedWhims mod and I really don't think she would like it, considering she has younng kids playing the game as well. If she were to download the games off my origin would it transfer my mods with it?

Hey guys !! I accidentally deleted my resource file in mods and have no idea how to fix it!! I’m new to downloading mods so I have no idea what to do ??? please help!

When you next load the game, a new resource.cfg file will be generated.

There are many other sites. Some CC creators have great CC but they use Adfly. However, some of them give you the option of joining their Patreon page. If you like their CC that much then you can if you want to, support them on Patreon. Some people like me have a few Creators I really love and use that option to support my favourite creators but that is a choice some of us make. Don't feel pressured going onto a site and feeling that the CC creator is forcing you into that option over using Adfly.

Lol, these are just a small sampler. Avoid adfly links. While this site monetizes cc for creators, which they deserve, it’s a high possibility you can pick up a virus or malware. If you really love a creator and want to support them most have a Patreon, PayPal, or other donation link you can use. Once you make a Tumblr account, if you don’t already have one, and start to follow some Maxis match blogs Tumblr will start recommending more and more Maxis match blogs. You can also search in the search bar on Tumblr using hashtags like ts4mm mm mmcc and maxismatch.
