everytime i click new game my screen turns to white and if i press load game and i go in a household after a while my screen would turn to pitch black.can somene please help me?
@djdrobnjakovic Please move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package, then test the game. If it works properly, that means the issue is a mod or custom content item, and you'll need to test the content to find out which one.
If this doesn't help, or you don't have any mods or cc installed at all, let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS. If Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
