Where can I find a pose of an adult bending over another who is asleep or unconscious in a twin bed?

I have a scene I need a pose for, of some kind of concerned bedside manner, of one adult standing over or sitting beside another who is lying in a twin bed that is not a hospital bed, just a regular twin bed.

I'm also looking for a limp carry pose (one adult carries another who is unresponsive). Anyone have a favorite that's not behind a paywall?
