Where to find NPC's tombstones or urns

Hello.

I have some sims that became close friends with the nanny Salma Gherda over the years (sim years) through childhood, teens and adulthood.  These sims received a phone call informing them of the npc's death.

They are super sad and I would like to take them to the npc's tombstone so they can grieve.  The issue is, I don't know where it's suppose to be and I don't even know the cause of death.  Since I've deactivated the aging option, she didn't die of age, that's for sure but I don't know of what.

Can you help me to find a way for my sims to grieve on their nanny's tombstone?
