Which mod causes this glitch?

Due to a broken shoulder I haven't played for a while.
Now that I'm able to use my arm and shoulder a little I thought I should play some RtoR.
Got prompted to update my game and after that I updated all my mod's and deleted the localthumbscache. Now I'm left with this glitch.
Anyone who can give me a clue as to which mod is causing it? I'm at a loss as I don't have a huge amount of them.
