Why is my sim in sims4 now have a Wander action ?

My Sims are now performing a " Wander" action that makes them just wander off for no reason, they don't even do simple actions on their own any longer , like using the bathroom or eating and often when I have them perform them , they'll leave and wander .

They also have the check make clitch over head from the Home Decor pack. ( not sure if that's what caused it) 

Help , it's annoying and hard to play anymore .

    Hey @Babydoll111881,

    This is most likely caused by outdated Mods. Are you using any Mods in game?

    If so, please remove them and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your Documents folder to clear the cache.

    Afterwards, test the game again and see if it is working normally again.

    Thank you , but none of my mods are active . I only had 2 but stopped using them weeks ago .

    @Babydoll111881, even if they're not active, they might still be in the game. Check your Mod folder under Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Remove any mods that might be there.

    Then delete the file "localthumbcache.package" in The Sims 4 folder.

    Restart the game and see if it works.
