Worlds missing🥲

The worlds from city living and vampires are gone but I have both of them installed. 

Everything else that comes with them are showing up in game but the worlds are just completely gone. Everytime I go to the manage worlds screen they’re just not there. 

I’ve tried everything and the worlds still aren’t showing up. Someone please help because most of the sims I play live in San Myshuno 😭

    @cj3q Update: after deleting and redownloading the game for the 3rd time the worlds have finally popped up!!!

    @cj3q Are they also not showing up if you start a new save for testing purposes ?

    If so, have you tried a game repair ?
