Bought expansion packs, but says i dont own it.

I recently installed the sims again on my playstation 5. All the expansion packs came back with it. Apart from cottage living, and the magic one. I had already purchased these, but it says I dont own them. I dont want to buy them again, what do I do?

    That means you were either previously game-sharing or you had logged in with a different PSN ID. We don't have visibility into your transaction details with Sony, so you'll need to contact PlayStation support so they can look into your account information and locate which account your packs are tied with.

    Hi @nsa94

    This sounds like you may have been previously game-sharing, or you're logging into a different PlayStation account than the account these packs were originally purchased on. You can look over the transaction history for your PlayStation account to verify if you're logging into the correct account. If you're not seeing your packs in your transaction history, that means you're logging into a different account.

    I have only ever had 1 account. All the expansion packs were on there before I deleted it, now I re installed it those 2 are missing.

    @nsa94

    Are these purchases appearing on the transaction history for your PlayStation account?

    No thats what I'm confused about. Because I was literally playing it with those packs last month.

  • (This is on my ps4) I am so confused, I was using all of my packs yesterday and now today I had two of my packs disappear. I’m missing the pets pack and the spa day pack. The pets pack was the first one I ever bought and I’ve had it for years, the spa pack I’ve had for years as well. I’ve checked my game library to check the add ons, both packs don’t show up at all. I checked my transaction history and neither show up on there either. On the main menu with the “load game” option you can literally see my other households with their pets in the picture. I’ve tried restore licenses, I tried turning my ps4 off and on again, I deleted sims and then downloaded it again. I even called PlayStation support, but they couldn’t help me. I’m just so confused

    I feel you. That's so annoying that they can't do anything to help. I dont want to re purchase them because I already paid. Feels like they just don't care enough, and clearly just want us to pay again.

  • @nsa94 I agree ; it's nearly impossible to even contact sustomer support, let alone get support, s a customer
