Bought expansion packs, but says i dont own it.
I recently installed the sims again on my playstation 5. All the expansion packs came back with it. Apart from cottage living, and the magic one. I had already purchased these, but it says I dont own...
That means you were either previously game-sharing or you had logged in with a different PSN ID. We don't have visibility into your transaction details with Sony, so you'll need to contact PlayStation support so they can look into your account information and locate which account your packs are tied with.
