Bug on Console

I discovered this issue yesterday when placing a lot from the gallery in Ravenwood. It won’t let me toggle up in the building. I play on console so there’s no mods that are causing this issue. I trie...

    @Yukino2309 

    Thanks for these details, let's try the following:

    1. Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on. 

    2. Make sure your game is up to date. 

    • Go to the PlayStation home screen. 
    • Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
    • Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
    • Restart the Console completely.

    3.  Make sure your console system software is up to date. 

    • Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
    • Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
    • Reboot your PlayStation.

    4. Uninstall and Reinstall the game:

    • Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete.
    • Select a game or application.
    • Set check marks beside the data you wish to delete or Select All.
    • Select Delete > then OK to confirm your decision.

Hi @Yukino2309 

Is your controller not responding when you try to toggle up or down on the floors? 

Does this only happen with houses you've downloaded from The Gallery?

My controller is not responding. It happens to the houses from the gallery and original houses.

    Are you having issues with any of the other controls, or just the d-pad?
