Build item placement glitches

Build mode on console (xbox series x) items will stop rotating, and I will not be able to rotate again until game is completed exited to Xbox dashboard. If that isn’t the issue then trying to switch between full, half, and free placement trigger search continuously. Only way to resolve that is to exit game completely to Xbox dashboard again. It makes the game very frustrating and I usually quit after 30 minutes of trying to play because I encounter one or both of the glitches every time I get into build. I’m also still having issues in Dine Out to where I cannot select uniforms. It will open CAS and will not save selections upon leaving it.
