Build mode glitches after April 16th update

Same here. In build mode I can't view top down unless I select something first. I can't select something and then hit the triangle because it tries to duplicate it instead of selling the object. Same for selecting it and hitting square to move it to the household inventory, instead it tries to bring up swatches for the object. Previously the clone and swatch were only when the object wasn't selected. Bringing up the control menu in build mode or the control screen gets stuck and you have to force close the game. I've had to exit build mode and go back in to reset the controls being messed up.
