If you're were previously accessing City Living through PlayStation+ this is intended.
The City Living DLC was removed from PlayStation+ and Island Living was added instead.
If you don't own City Living, you'll need to purchase it fully to continue playing with that content.
How do I purchase it if PlayStation already says I have it
So I have to spend another $40 on a pack the game says I already own??

I did purchase it and now it’s not available I want a refund I spend $39.99 on that crap and now if I open any one my saved sims families all the data will crash and the city living is deleted everything I worked so hard on
