Can’t access the gallery/no gallery options in settings menu

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m...

    Hi all,

    From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. Once this is accepted, you should be able to access the Gallery normally again. 

    If you're still having accessing the Gallery once you've tried this, please let me know!

I wanted to download stuff on the gallery, and it seems everything dissappear exept for my creation.  Is there a way for me to get it back? There is no options on top of the gallery page..

I have the same issue, I can't find a way to get the gallery back, I'm not sure why it's missing. I can only access my library and what I've previously saved and downloaded.
