Re: Island Living missing from PlayStation

Yes! I’m having this exact problem. Been trying now for 3 hours to get it fixed. I’ve cleared my caches, I’ve installed all my adds again. I can’t click on that one but it’s on my in game just not on the PS network. 
im on the PS4. 

im not on ps5, on ps4, but ive had the same problem just today, except that ive bought two packs with ps plus which was island living and city living. The city living one wouldn’t download, but now i logged in and it said if i save my game it will all delete. Since its happening for other im assuming/hoping its just a bug with the pack but idk 💔💔

I'm having a similar problem, except Island Living isn't only not installed it's not owned. I had it through PlayStation Plus (it was a monthly free game) and the Plus subscription is still active, but I can't just reinstall it. I have to pay for it now. I do t understand why it's gone when the Plus subscription is active.

Please verify if you fully own Island Living, or if you've been accessing this pack from PS Plus. It looks like this pack was removed from the PS Plus catalog, you'd need to fully purchase the pack to continue playing.

If you have purchased this pack, please check your transaction history to verify that you're seeing the pack there, then try restoring your licenses. 

what was the purpose of adding it just to take it off 😭😭💔

I've lost a whole build because of this. What is the point in offering any Sims 4 DLCs with a subscription for PS Plus if it's going to be taken away without warning? EA & Playstation are both failing on this. I've spent a fair amount of time & money on the Sims, but going through this for the second time now (City Living was the first - and I even paid for that afterwards because I thought I had done something to lose it) makes me not even want to play anymore.

I’ve checked my transactions and it now says the total is $0.00. I’m still unable to access the pack nor am I able to purchase it again. Any help?

If it's listed there as free, it sounds like you were only accessing the pack while it was available on PS Plus. It's since been removed, so you'd need to fully purchase it to keep playing.
