Can not access to the online galery from Ps4

Question

Impossible to be connected to the online galery and share my sims/building stuff. It's also impossible to link the EA account to the game (I went in the game options "others" and even if I click on many times to link the account nothing works : no error message nor else. Just nothing as if I didn't click on.

This is so annoying because I can't do challenge and share my creations.

I'm playing on playstation 4.

First, let's verify that your PSN ID is properly linked to your EA account. To check this,&nbsp;please look over the Connections section&nbsp;on your EA account and verify that the correct PSN ID is showing as linked there.&nbsp;
After you've checked that you're properly linked, please try the following:

Try a full&nbsp;power-cycle&nbsp;on your console and router/modem
Please run through the connection guide&nbsp;here&nbsp;as well as the guide from&nbsp;PlayStation
Change your&nbsp;DNS&nbsp;settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)&nbsp;
Restore the Licenses on your console
Check that you have an open NAT type on your console

Make sure your game is up to date.&nbsp;

Go to the PlayStation home screen.&nbsp;
Highlight the game you're playing&nbsp;and press the Options button on your controller.
Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
Restart the Console completely.

Make sure your Console system software is up to date.&nbsp;

Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
Reboot your PlayStation 4.

Check that your game has online features enabled.&nbsp;

Press the&nbsp;Options/Menu Button&nbsp;on the controller to bring up the menu.&nbsp;
Scroll down to&nbsp;Game Options&nbsp;and select it.
Select&nbsp;Other&nbsp;at the bottom on the left
On the right side select&nbsp;"Online Features Access"
Click&nbsp;Apply
