Cant Decorate and Can't Grab Baked goods.

So I'm having a problem: I can't seem to decorate Baked goods in the game but in the rare chance I can decorate the game won't let me grab a serving of the Baked goods. How do I fix this issue?

    Yeah I think after getting the secret spice perk I have to click decorate pause the game and move the baked good around and then I can decorate it.
