Cant install base game for the first time

Are you getting a specific error message when you try to install the base game, or are you not seeing it as available to claim and download from the PlayStation Store?
it a specific error message ws-116483-3 which is false because i can download anything else from the playstation store just fine

First please try a full powercycle on your PlayStation as well as your router/modem, let me know if you're still seeing this error code once you've tried that.
alright i did that and it still doesnt work
