Can't install update 2.19

My ps4 downloads the update file, but when I press to install it, it just says "can't install update file". I've tried everything. Rebuilding the database, searching for system updates, checked my internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled, and so on... Nothing works. I have no issues with other games or updates, it's only Sims. I can't even play the game, cause it wants me to install the update first... Which I can't... Please help!
