Cant link psn account

Hey I've been trying to link my psn account to my ea account I unlinked it from a previous account but when I try to link it I keep getting an error message  Is there anything I can do to fix this??...

    It looks like your PSN ID is still currently linked up with an existing EA account- if you need help updating your EA account details or getting your PSN ID properly unlinked, that's something you'll want to contact the live support team for so they can explore your options with you.
