Can't Rotate Objects in Build/Buy Mode after July 2020 update Xbox One

I am unable to Rotate objects in build/buy mode (LB, RB) nor am I able to resize things either. I hate to Say it But I told you so, It honestly seems like when something gets fixed  something else ge...

I'm having the same issue, but out of curiosity, I faced the opposite way of where I wanted to place a sofa. When I did that, the sofa faced said opposite way; I think the only way to rotate furniture right now is if you pan the camera across from where you want to put said furniture. You can kind of see what I mean in the photos.
