Can't sign in to my Xbox account

Hi, at the start when I first start the game up I get an error message to svan a QR code and change ny password which ive done several times but it doesn't help. I've had this issue for a while and contacted EA help before, but I was confused about what they were going to do to rectify it. I thought it would delete my partners EA account as they couldn't tell me which account was no longer valid so I told them to leave it. I'm missing out on the live events like the Blast From The Past, Reaper Rewards etc because of this.  Apologies if this is a duplicate, I tried to find it in the search forum but couldn't.
