Businesses and Hobbies AND growing together pre-order content disappeared

Question

Hi, so I preordered both growing together and Businesses and hobbies, and originally I was able to download and use both of the digital bonus content, but today when I went onto my game I realized that the items were missing. I checked my library and now both files are no where to be seen! I have already consulted PlayStation support and they were useless.

help what do I do :(

Did you preorder your packs directly through the PlayStation store on your console?
Let's try the following to be sure all your content is fully installed:

Restore the licenses on your console&nbsp;
Go to your&nbsp;Game Library&nbsp;
Scroll to&nbsp;Your Collection
Select&nbsp;The Sims 4
Scroll down to&nbsp;Add-Ons&nbsp;and locate your DLC here
Select the DLC in this list and select&nbsp;Install
When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

I’ve checked under my add-ons, they’re not there at all. I have the pre-order stuff from horse ranch, so that’s how I know I’m actually missing the files.&nbsp;
